These Terms explain the basic rules for using EASY Parent, including its local routine tools, account features, and cloud assistant. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the EASY Parent mobile app, the web app at app.easyparent.cc, and this public site. EASY Parent is provided by Shenzhen Buildmind Tech Co., Ltd. ("EASY Parent", "we", or "us").
By accessing or using EASY Parent, creating an account, or selecting an acceptance control that refers to these Terms, you agree to them. EASY Parent is intended for adults and caregivers. You may use it to keep information about a child only when you are authorized to do so.
What EASY Parent provides
EASY Parent helps caregivers record everyday routines such as eating, activity, sleep, and care notes. Core routine features are designed to work locally on your device. Account-backed features may add sync, cross-device recovery, and cloud assistant responses.
Features may change over time, may be subject to usage limits, and may not be available in every region or on every device. We may use third-party providers to operate parts of the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice or emergency care
EASY Parent is a routine-support tool, not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or emergency service. Its summaries, predictions, and assistant responses are general information based on the records and context available to the feature and may be incomplete or wrong.
Do not rely on EASY Parent for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or urgent care. For medical red flags or an emergency, contact a pediatrician, urgent care, or emergency services as appropriate.
Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate enough to maintain the account, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed the account without permission.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from our failure to apply reasonable security measures. Sign-in with Apple or Google is also subject to the selected provider's terms and policies.
Your records and content
You keep your rights in the information, notes, messages, images, and other content that you submit to EASY Parent. You give us the limited permission needed to host, sync, display, process, and protect that content so we can provide the features you request.
You are responsible for having the right to submit content, including information about a child or another family member. Please do not include information that you are not authorized to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how account data can be deleted.
Acceptable use
You may not use EASY Parent to break the law, violate another person's rights, exploit or endanger a child, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's account or data, reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it, or bypass usage or security controls.
You may not use automated means to copy or overload the service, or submit content intended to make the assistant generate unsafe, unlawful, or abusive material. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Ownership and feedback
EASY Parent, including its software, design, names, marks, and materials, belongs to Shenzhen Buildmind Tech Co., Ltd. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with these Terms.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly as the source without permission.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep EASY Parent useful and available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network failures, provider outages, or events outside our control. Local records may remain available even when online features are unavailable.
Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and other providers may support parts of the service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. EASY Parent is not responsible for a third-party service that it does not control.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using EASY Parent at any time. You can request account deletion through the app or by contacting us from the email associated with the account. Deleting an account does not automatically delete local-only records stored on your device.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, security or legal risk, or the end of a service. Sections that should continue by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, will continue after termination.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EASY Parent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every family or situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
