What this policy covers

EASY Parent is a routine and care-record app for parents and caregivers. This policy explains how Shenzhen Buildmind Tech Co., Ltd. ("EASY Parent", "we", or "us") handles information in the EASY Parent mobile app, the web app at app.easyparent.cc, and this public site.

The app is designed to keep core routine records on your device first. Cloud processing is optional for local use, and is used when you sign in, enable account features, or submit an online assistant request.

Information kept on your device

Without an account, the app can keep the information you choose to enter locally, including baby profiles, feeding, activity, sleep, diaper, and care-note records. Local predictions use this context on your device; chat and voice chat require an authenticated account.

Local information remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or remove the app. If you later sign in or use a cloud feature, the app will explain when information is sent to our services.

Information processed when you use online features

If you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, name, authentication provider identifiers, and session and security information needed to keep the account working. Apple or Google may provide a provider-specific identifier when you choose that sign-in method.

When signed in, the app can sync the baby profiles and care records that you choose to keep with your account. Depending on the feature you use, this can include routine notes, timestamps, amounts, profile details, chat thread metadata, messages, and images you attach.

Cloud chat receives the message you submit and the recent care context needed to answer. Audio sent for speech transcription is used to return text; the app does not intentionally retain the submitted audio in our account database after the transcription request.

How we use information

We use information to provide local and cloud features, authenticate accounts, sync records across signed-in devices, send password-reset emails, protect the service, troubleshoot reliability, respond to privacy requests, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use baby and care records for targeted advertising. We do not use the information in your care records to make medical diagnoses. EASY Parent guidance is general routine support, not a substitute for a pediatrician or emergency service.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. Cloudflare provides parts of the Worker, database, object storage, email delivery, and speech-transcription infrastructure. Our configured cloud assistant provider processes a submitted request and the context supplied for that request so it can generate a response.

When you choose Apple or Google sign-in, the selected provider handles its own authentication flow. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and our instructions or service agreements where applicable.

Retention and deletion

Local records stay on your device as described above. Account data and synced records are retained while needed to provide the account and its features, subject to deletion requests and legal or security requirements. Password-reset links are short-lived.

Signed-in users can start account deletion from Account settings. We send a confirmation link to the account email before permanently deleting the account and synced cloud records. If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete account data by emailing privacy@easyparent.cc from the email address associated with your account. Deleting local app data is controlled from your device.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access controls and encrypted connections in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your device and account credentials.

Children's privacy

EASY Parent is intended for adults and caregivers. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. A caregiver may enter information about a child in a profile, but that profile is part of the caregiver's account and is not a child-directed account.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
